Vulcan gym trainer Grant Higa and MIE trainer Kelli Wood are teaming up to find the Vulcan employee with the strongest core muscles.

Your challenge: Hold a plank on a balance ball for as long as possible.

Rules:
  1. Use the 55 cm ball
  2. Feet must be together when doing the plank
  3. Body must be completely straight while doing the plank
