
Executive Challenge - ET Members Only!!
Your Challenge: Track 1000 minutes of exercise by January 15, 2013 and receive 200 Unlock Your Well-Being points
Over the next two months, track your minutes of exercise with your FitLinxx activity device. However you're exercising—walking, running, biking, hiking, or hitting the gym—keep your device on your shoe and track those minutes! If you work out 150 minutes a week (that's just 5 quick 30 min workouts) you will be on track to complete this challenge!
This challenge is for Executive Team members only!! Let's get a little friendly competition going. The person who tracks the most minutes will be the official ET Onyx Minute Master and earn an additional 100 Unlock Your Well-Being points.
Boost Your Minutes:
- Add 10 minutes to the end of each workout
- Train for a fitness event. In the final weeks of a half-marathon training program you could log 240-300 minutes of exercise
- Get outside! Hiking and backpacking are usually hours-long activities, much more than you'd probably ever get at a gym.
