Why Do This?
Team up to get healthy together. Track the minutes you spend exercising each week and encourage your teammates to kick it into high gear.
Note: Points will be awarded 3 days after the challenge ends to allow for backtracking.
Dig In
5,000 Minutes in 9 Weeks = 556 minutes a week
- 4 Member Team = 139 minutes per teammate = 35 minute workout x 4 days per week
- 8 Member Team= 69.5 minutes per teammate= 35 minute workout x 2 days per week
- 12 Member Team= 46 minutes per teammate= 15 minute workout x 3 days per week
