Take A Walking Break
Unplug the TV, turn off the phone and close the laptop. For at least 2 hours each day this week (or 14 hours total for the week) take a technology break and use this time to exercise your mind and body in different ways. Involve family or friends to make this both easier and more enjoyable. And no excuses if the weather's too cold outside-- huddle around the fire with a game, a good book or good conversation. Chances are, what you do together will be much more entertaining than tonight's reality show.
