Why guess when it comes to important matters like your health?

By learning and understanding your key health numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and more) you'll be empowered to actively manage your health.

Whether the results confirm what you already know, or you discover something unexpected, finding out puts you in the driver seat for optimal wellness.

Your Challenge: Complete (at an onsite event or via a Home Test Kit) and update your key health metrics. If you've had tests completed by your primary physician in the past 6 months, you may upload those numbers.

If you participate at an onsite event or use a Home Test Kit your numbers will be uploaded into your account automatically. If you have results from your doctor that are less than 6 months old, you can easily update your account:

  1. Click 'Settings' in the top right-hand corner
  2. Scroll down to 'BIOMETRICS'
  3. Enter your most recent metrics
  4. Click 'Save Profile and Settings Changes' when you're done.
  5. That's it!
Get the Most Accurate Screening

Fast. Do not eat or drink (except water) for at least 8 hours before your scheduled screening time.

Hydrate. Drink at least 12 oz. of water shortly before your screening.

Relax. Your screening will be short and sweet. A simple finger stick is all that's needed to perform the blood test and our professional staff will help keep you comfortable during the event. Plus, no one will know your results unless you want them to—personal scores are kept strictly confidential.
