
Driving Force.
We all know that the health of our heart is important-- regular exercise, stress management and surrounding yourself with people who inspire and care about you are key. But, what else can you do to keep your heart happy? Eat!
There are a number of foods that are proven to have heart-health benefits. We've attached a thorough list of them in the tip sheet titled "Food for the Heart" below. During this quarter-long challenge be sure to eat at least 10 of those heart-healthy items each week. Sound like a lot? Experiment with recipes, snacks and even beverages to fit all 10 in each week. And be sure to share your favorites with others in the comments section below.
